Keeping Busy

Its been a busy old week for me despite being the king of the Jungle today I went out into the local community and with some of the SCUBs spent the day working on some gardens that needed a bit of attention, I made sure that they all worked away hard whilst I made sure that I had a good advantage point for overseeing things.


Tomorrow I have some free time in the morning and then have the Global development in the afternoon so Im sure that I will make sure that I get the young ones to look after me for the day. Better go and see who is in the Surrey Lion.

Long lies

Ive had a fantastic time over the past few days meeting lots of people, getting myself in the Jamboree paper and also on the big screens.

Yesterday we had the opening with Peter, Wills and also the Duke of Kent. I didnt get to meet any of them despite being the King of the Jungle. We had a party last night with some tribute bands. It rained towards the end so I got a bit wet with Richard who was showing me round and looking after me (well most of the time) although we did get a bit muddy.

This morning I managed to get a long lie and finally met the lovely Rachel who allowed me to come to the Jamboree.

One week to Go

Ive just read that Ive only got one week till I get to go on the Jamboree. Im so looking forward to seeing all the Unit again. Doug has been looking after me since the parents evening when I saw you all last. Ive heard that there is a big party the day we arrive and that Prince William is coming on the Saturday to see everyone there. I so hope that I get to meet him.

Mind you with 40,000 people going Im sure that the Prince will make a special effort to come and see me, after all I am the king of the Jungle after all and therefore am of Royal stock just like him.

King of the Jungle

Well the Jamboree is getting even closer and Im getting even more excited about the trip. In a short while Ive been told that Ill be back in the Jungle doing what I like best, sitting around whilest all the lionesses scower to find me some food. Its been so long since I saw any other real lions that I cant wait to see them all.

Ive been told that there are lions from all over the world, its going to be one huge party. German, Australia, American, Italian lions Oh what fun, a whole lot of new friend to make and to tell them about this blog so that they can read all about me anmd my life in the Jungle.

If I dont get to update this that often whilest at the Jamboree the humans that are going with me will be updating their blog on a regular basis. The link can be found on the righth hand side of this page
